Dr. James will provide an overview and instruction of mindbody and Tibetan Yoga practices for self-healing. Meditation, breath practices, mantra and self-healing yoga - often taught by traditional physicians - will be explored from the lens of trauma, neuroscience and Asian medicine.

Learning outcomes

  1. Learn self-care for the care giver.
  2. Practice simple self-healing techniques.
  3. Explore the intersection between Tibetan yoga and mindbody medicine.
