Safety in sensitivity: Somatic self-care for the Sensitive person.

This session is for anyone who identifies as being sensitive or has been told you "feel too much". The busy, linear ways of the world can already feel especially trying for people who are sensitive. In times as unusual as these or if you are going through a challenging period, it is all the more essential to cultivate ways to replenish your sense of safety in the everyday. These can serve to complement any other coaching, bodywork or therapy you might be seeking support in. During our time together, you will be learning practical, body-based ways to build your inner resources so you can show up in the world with greater capacity, and begin to celebrate your sensitivity.
