Grab your yoga mat and gird your loins (that means get ready). It is time for the **Worst Yoga Class Ever**. This class will take you on an embodied journey through some of the biggest, most problematic, and often dangerous, mistakes that yoga teachers around the world are making in their classes. Expect some meditation, breathing, and asana practice along with some of the worst instructions, laughably bad spiritual bypassing and irresponsible, inappropriate medical advice.

2. The top five mistakes yoga teachers are making in their classes.
3. Easy ways to prevent those mistakes in your own practice and non-confrontational ways to point them out for other teachers.
