Treating soldiers' PTSD through embodiment and MDMA therapy

In this talk, Ari will look at the causes and consequences of PTSD, drawing on his experience of working with the Israeli military. When you are trained to be a soldier, you are taught to ignore your body. How do you regain the ability to listen to your body? We will look at ways of healing PTSD through connecting to the body. Ari will also share his findings on using MDMA therapy to help traumatised soldiers overcome their PTSD.
