In this session, Simon Borg-Olivier, MSc BAppSc (Physiotherapy) APAM c-IAYT, will guide you through 10 safe, accessible and effective spinal postures, with simple movements and natural regenerative breathing. Our spine and trunk are able to move in 5 main directions, which are like 5 dimensions. \* Lengthening and shortening the trunk (increasing intervertebral disc space). \* Bending forwards and backwards. \* Side-bending to left and right. \* Twisting to left and right. \* Expansion and contraction (significantly improving circulation and breathing). This practice gives effective back pain relief, improves flexibility, core strength, blood flow and energy levels while reducing anxiety and allowing you to enter a meditative flow state.
