Awakening our Hearts with RAIN - a 4-step practice
In troubled times, when we most need to be mindful and kind, our habit is to become ungrounded and disconnected from our bodies. The RAIN meditation is a simple yet powerful 4-step practice that brings us back to our senses and awakens a loving presence. In this presentation we’ll explore blocks to self-compassion and how the RAIN practice can open our hearts and bring healing to ourselves and our world.
