Freak! A movement workshop to discover the freak in you

Are you ready to meet the freak in you? Do you have the courage to express your being different? Often we waste our energy wearing the masks of "being polite" and "acting appropriate", fulfilling others' expectations and hiding ourselves. How about allowing ourselves to be unique instead, be honest with ourselves and others, be daring, be generous? Turning to those parts of ourselves that we have experienced as unwelcome, for which we have been excluded or told off, can be a source of great power and authenticity.
