How are you at endings - of plans, routines, jobs, relationships - when their time has finished? Most of us hate endings. We often avoid or deny them, or cling to what no longer serves us. Perhaps you run through endings as fast as you can without stopping to pause and process the transition. All of these strategies cause energetic blockages that prevent us from flourishing. This workshop will help build your RESILIENCE to navigate these times of change and endings by an exploration of mindful relationship transition. Relationship endings can be agony and most of us muddle through them with little support. Unprocessed pain and resentment armours up our hearts and sabotages our current relating. Join us and free yourself from unresolved heartache. We will enter through a crack in your heart to access the transformational nature of love. You will be invited to revisit a past relationship that still holds an emotional charge for you and be guided on a shamanic journey to turn the pain of the past into creative power for your future. Together we will find the gold within our own heart wounds - gifts that impart more self-acceptance and wisdom to move forward. You will leave with deeper resolution, peace and self-love as well as increased awareness of the majesty of the death-rebirth portal and more trust in your ability to ride these cycles of life."
