The Spiritually Alive Body

The body is already alive because it is animated by spirit. To experience the spirit animating the body, we begin to experience the body differently, as both a conduit to a vast spiritual world, and as made out of and filled by spiritual presence. We can experience our body as alive with sparkling awareness, with nectars of love and the immensity of Being. We feel it both as pure consciousness and as embodying the beautiful qualities of spirit, those of compassion, love, intelligence, will, power, etc. We can also feel we are the vastness of spirit, but this is the inner body that makes it possible to experience our physical body as the materialization of such mystery. The relation of body and spirit is mysterious and fascinating, and we will delve into such in depth.
