This session will explore two of the key skills needed to break free from the cycles that trap us. Qigong offers some familiar, and some unique perspectives on these two skills. Regardless of your chosen practice, this session offers ideas and practical techniques to help you break through your cycles of suffering and move forward towards true freedom.
