What “Type” of Embodied Change Work Do My Clients Need When?
> Coaches and therapists alike are increasingly appreciating the power of working in “a more embodied way” with their clients. But what does that actually mean, in practice? What various kinds of “embodiment techniques” do we actually need, in order to be able to fully support our clients’ growth? We need to work with different kinds of embodied change techniques, depending both on our clients’ STATE in the moment, and on the growth journey they’re currently undergoing.
